We have had a business relationship with Sally Davies since 1995.  Sally was the person that we dealt with when we first started to visit Sanibel.  For five years, Sally would arrange all of the accommodations for us when we were renting, and we rented five times each season. She made it so easy for us and was always so helpful. 

When we decided that we should buy our second home in 2000, Sally referred us to an excellent broker who was very knowledgeable about the Sanibel market.   

Since then, Sally obtained her sales license and she helped us find an investment property on the island in 2005.  Sally is extremely honest and very knowledgeable about the Sanibel real estate market, whether it is single family homes or condominiums. She has lived on the island for 12 years and has raised a daughter here, so she is uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers of island property. Sally is one of those people who gladly goes that extra mile and is always quick in responding to whatever may come up. We have always felt that Sally had our best interest in mind whenever she dealt with us.
